A graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, Mr Ibrahimhas strong skills in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, among others. He is dedicated to ensuring accuracy, the highest standards of professionalism, and integrity in financial records and statements.
Mrs. Bameli Happiness is a dedicated and detail-driven internal auditor with extensive experience in the microfinance banking ecosystem. She is skilled in conducting comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, minimize risk, and enhance operational efficiency.
She carries out regular internal audits of financial transactions, operational processes, and compliance with rules and regulations. A graduate with a Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Happiness has a demonstrated capability to identify areas for emendation, implement effective control measures, and contribute to an overall financially healthy OMFB.
Ms Augustina Itsede is responsible for ensuring that the Bank complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. With a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration and Management, coupled with seven years’ experience, she has a strong understanding of the financial services industry, and keeps abreast with changes to relevant laws and regulations.
Augustina conducts regular audits and reviews, works closely with regulators to help the Bank operate ethically and within the boundaries of the law to protect both Bank and its customers.
Mr.Tony Osumah Isah is a competent and experienced IT professional with a strong background in computer science, engineering, and network administration. He deploys his strong skills as a computer engineer, and systems administrator to lead the development of ICT capabilities of the Bank.
Tony heads the ICT department, where he leveraged his technical expertise to drive digital transformation, process improvement, and project management functions. He has successfully executed major IT projects such as the bank E-channel implementation with sound technical security firewalls and safeguards.
Mr Godwin Amedu drives the loan recovery function, focusing on ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts while maintaining positive relationships with customers. He holds the Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and has operated in the microfinance ecosystem for over seven years. Godwin takes the lead in developing and maintaining effective relationships with customers to encourage timely payments while providing support and guidance on loan repayment options.
He ensures all collection activities comply with legal regulations and internal policies to protect the interests of the OMFB and its stakeholders. Mr Amedu works closely with the Bank’s borrowers to understand their financial conditions and craft feasible repayment plans that align with the Bank’s credit management policies.
